过去三年，ETH的供应量增加了4000万

美国SEC指控Bitqyck及创始人运营未注册的数字资产交易所

Italsoallegedthatwhileinvestorsreceived$4.5millionforreferringnewinvestorstoBitqyck,thedealresultedinacollectivelossofmorethantwo-thirdsoftheirinvestmentinthecompany.Thecomplaintwasinitiallybasedregardingtheduo,BiseandMendez,“misrepresentingQyckDeals,adailydealsplatformusingBitqy,asaglobalonlinemarketplace,andfalselyclaimingthateachBitqytokenprovidedfractionalsharesofBitqyckstockthrougha“smartcontract”.”
Addingtotheprecedingcharges,thefounderswerealsoallegedtohaveillegallyoperatedTradeBQ,anunregisterednationalsecurityexchangeofferingtradinginasinglesecurity,Bitqy.SECDirector(FortWorth),DavidPeavleralsocommentedonthematter,
“Weallegethatthedefendantstookadvantageofinvestors’appetitefortheseinvestmentsandfraudulentlyraisedmillionsofdollarsbylyingabouttheirbusiness.”
Asarepercussion,Bitqyckconsentedtopayatotalof$8,375,617,whileBiseandMendezconsentedtopay$890,254and$850,022,respectively.
