据此前报道，Web3基金会官方表示，波卡（Polkadot）将于区块高度1205128处开启转账，最早时间为UTC时间8月18日16:40，即北京时间8月19日00:40。波卡将于区块高度1248328处进行DOT拆分（1:100），最早时间为UTC时间8月21日16:40，即北京时间8月22日00:40。
