韩国釜山数字资产交易所计划已剔除币安、Crypto.com等5家合作伙伴:12月20日消息，在最近FTX破产之后，韩国釜山市宣布组建由18个当地区块链专家组成的指导委员会，负责为数字资产交易所的建立和运营提供建议，并加强对外合作体系。

1. Facebook计划在某些特定地区通过WhatsApp推出GlobalCoin，这些地区已达到一定监管合规预期，其中或包括与不同权力机构共享大量个人信息。但交易许可或许很难在印度、中国等地获得批准。
2. 加密货币无需许可，但GlobalCoin很有可能只有在满足某些条件（最重要的是国籍）的情况下，甚至包括共享个人数据隐私，才会有一系列许可，部分国家还可能限制使用GlobalCoin交易的群体。
3. 加密货币无需信任，即用户必须能够验证交易的有效性，而无需信任其他任何一方。Facebook计划发行稳定币，与一篮子法定货币挂钩。但该决定是未知的，Facebook需要对公司实体的另一层信任来设计货币协议。
4. GlobalCoin缺乏去中心化特性。没有去中心化的的节点网络，不存在哈希率竞争确保整个区块链的安全性和完整性。这将是一个100%由Facebook批准的业务，完全整合到WhatsApp中。[2019/5/26]
