九城与哈萨克斯坦矿企KazDigital签署投资条款书成立合资公司:官方消息，互联网企业第九城市（Nasdaq: NCTY，简称“九城”）今日宣布，已经由其全资子公司NBTC Ltd.和哈萨克斯坦企业KazDigital Ltd.（简称“KazDigital”）签署投资条款书，双方将在哈萨克斯坦成立合资公司，建设容量达100MW的数字货币矿场，用以部署九城及其合作伙伴的数字货币矿机。
根据投资条款书，双方将各自投入资产，用以成立合资公司。
其中KazDigital将投入资产用于合资公司矿场的基础建设，九城将投入资金或数字货币矿机用于矿场的运营。合资公司成立后，将分四阶段完成矿场容量的建设：第一阶段的25MW已经在今年8月1日完成，剩余的75MW将以每季度25MW的进度，分别在今年第三、第四季度及2022年第一季度完成。[2021/8/4 1:34:35]
