Dharma发起Compound治理提案012，主题为更新cDAI利率模型:据官网消息，加密借贷公司Dharma在Compound社区发起关于更新cDAI利率模型的提案012。Dharma提出以下建议：
1. 将目前15%的APY（年回报率）增至25％；
2. 将边际利率（kink）从90％减至80％；
3. 更改gapPerBlock参数，将理想利率从2%增加至4%；
4. 每个区块的基本费率将保持不变。
第一个变更建议是由于当Compound资产的利用率达到100%时，资金提供方（Supplier）无法提取其资产，新的借款人也无法获得贷款，而这可以通过对资金提供方作出补偿，因此建议将该参数调高至25%。
注：8天前，Dharma建议将cDAI利率模型与MCD（多抵押Dai）参数解耦（decoupling），此后尽管收到了有关更新cDAI利率模型的积极反馈，但社区也清楚地表示目前不愿与MCD脱钩。因此，Dharma又提出了一个未与MCD脱钩的cDAI利率更新模型。[2020/7/2]
V神：DAICO可以让代币持有者和项目开发者之间获得更好的协调性激励:今晚V神在王峰十问上表示：之所以要推出DAICO，是因为看到了ICO出现了一系列问题。现在ICO项目资金主要来自于前端，所以当一个项目想要获得资金的时候，他们就有动力做大量营销工作，但是一旦这家公司募集到了资金，就没有动力继续发展项目，确保项目质量了，有的甚至会跑路。DAICO的设计理念，是构建一个结构，让项目开发者每次只能获得少量资金，然后让项目代币持有者投票决定该项目是否值得获得更多的资金。此外，项目代币持有者还可以投票决定是否取消该项目，然后把剩余资金归还给自己。这种方式，可以让项目代币持有者和项目开发者之间获得更好的协调性激励。[2018/6/22]
