2.Onedaybeforethestartofvoting,HuobistaffwilltakesnapshotsofthenumberofpeopleonlineintheTelegramcommunityatthreerandomtimings.
3.Amongthe3snapshots,thesnapshotwiththehighestnumberofonlineuserswillbetimedby10andbecountedasthenumberofTelegramvotesgainedduringtheevent.Thenumberofvotesiscappedat25,000.
