58COIN将于明日凌晨1:00前暂停“HT季度0925”交易并临时调整指数成分:据58COIN官方公告，鉴于指数锚定平台火币将于明日凌晨进行系统维护，其将于明天1:00前进行如下安排：1:00前调整指数价格成分，具体将由“币安70%、火币30%”调整为“币安100%”（BSV调整为“100% OKEx”）；0:30~1:00停止“HT季度0925”交易，暂停后将无法进行开平仓、转账、止盈止损等操作。

掌柜调查署丨七爷：销毁投资者保护基金 促进HT长远发展:在今日掌柜调查署上，火币全球站CEO七爷发言指出：投资者保护基金的来源是2018年一、二季度从二级市场回购的HT，加上一部分收入。不同于前面销毁的市场运营部分，投资者保护基金部分并不是白皮书中的设计，而是后期追加的安全措施，实际上是流通盘的HT，只是因为其用途，我们将其进行了锁仓。
投资者保护基金的设计目的是对各类不可预期的运营事故而造成的损失进行赔付，但在运营过程中，受到了一定的质疑。部分社区成员认为，用平台币去保护用户，一旦发生事故时，HT容易增加短期流动、形成抛压，对持币者的利益带来冲击。故我们在听取社区意见后，决定销毁投资者保护基金。销毁投资者保护基金，体现了对HT长远发展的决心。[2020/2/29]
